We are absolutely delighted to have chosen to go with Andrews to sell our property, Stan and his team cannot be recommended enough they have always been polite, punctual and very professional and oh so extremely helpful considering we had a few hiccups along the way with buyers and solicitors. We thank you all so very much for your hard work. And although we have no intention of moving again, but if we did I’m sad we would not be able to use Stan and his team as we are moving out of the area.

At a point I got frustrated with the way my inquiry was treated and was about dumping Andrews for another property agent but Sarah called me to address the issue and I was highly satisfied with her and eventually went ahead with the property viewing. Today morning I went to visit a property in Bristol by Andrews. I was guided by this lovely lady called Isabelle to view the property. She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord. To my surpise she even managed to get the landlords approval to rent the property on the same day! I was impressed and had a nice experience like never before. Hats off!?

The reason for this high review is entirely due to the James Conner, the agent assigned to my sale. In what was a very difficult and long sale, James was always on hand to give sound advice throughout, speaking to and reassuring the buyers as well as me, and going above and beyond in every possible respect. If it were not for him this sale could well have fallen through, and I'm entirely grateful to him. Superb in terms of client care. If you are selling or buying, you'll not go wrong by asking for James as your agent.

I cannot recommend Russell Clark? Mortgage and Protection Adviser highly enough. I have used him several times over the last 5 years and on several of these occasions, the house purchases and the associated lending have been highly complex. Russell is so responsive and goes out of his way in order to help resolve issues and obtain what was needed in terms of mortgage and protection. I wouldn't go to anyone else and I cannot thank him enough.

GoogleVery happy with the communication and efficiency from Michelle Smethurst. My shower unit had stopped working and was replaced once a new one was ordered. The plumber, Lewis had done an excellent job installing the shower and also repair the very slow water flow in the toilet, which has been a life changer.
