I had a rough start with Andrews, to the point where I felt the need to switch to other companies to get the service we deserve. This was the case until Luke Timms joined! Luke has always been available and ready to sort out any issue in a timely manner. As a director, I know I am not one of the easiest stakeholders to deal with but Luke has proven to be able to put his customers interest first no matter what. I really enjoy working with Luke and I hope this partnership will continue in the foreseable future!

I have just completed on the sale of our flat in Bristol and Emma and the team at Andrews Harbourside have been excellent. All elements have worked smoothly and their communication throughout the process has been faultless. The initial valuation was realistic and this was backed up by subsequent pro-active marketing and oversight of the sale. I compared 3 Estate Agents in Bristol prior to selecting Andrews and I am delighted that I made the right choice. Fantastic service from Andrews Estate Agents, Downend Bristol and especially Katie Maggs. Andrews were not our estate agents but those of the house that we were buying. Katie went above and beyond to keep us updated at every stage with phone calls and emails. Absolutely super customer service which we really appreciated and far better than our own estate agents. We would definitely use Andrews again and will recommend to all. Once again thank you Katie you are a diamond and credit to Andrews.

We were shown around by Connor from the Reigate Branch who had a lovely way about him. Whilst I understand he's a fairly new estate agent, he struck the perfect balance of being knowledgable about the property and its specifics (not always a given!), not pointing out the blindingly obvious ('here's the cooker' - yes, I've actually had that before : ) whilst also hanging back enough and giving us 'space' to view the property and feel at ease there without feeling he was crowding us (something that happens all too often and can be quite off putting when you're viewing a house). More Connors please!

Excellent service. I'm used to similar companies putting their own interests first. Not the case - I was given the best advice and am very happy with the outcome. I had been anticipating a hard-sell approach and was very pleasantly surprised that this was nothing like the service provided. Take their money and do nothing. Communal areas complete filth and outside areas falling apart. Do not come back to you, just ignore. My opinion is avoid like the plague for property management.Little update: Andrews advise the rats, maggots, filth, weeds, broken fencing, communal area being cleaned only once in the past year etc… are a result of the contract they are bound by and the buildings Directors not them. Not sure if that effects the rating as Andrews did sign up to these terms but you can make your own mind up.

Andrews can only take actions as agreed with those Directors and within the budget set. I own my flat but share a communal hall way and front door. I pay towards any maintenance and repairs shared by all the residents. I contacted Molly with regards to a new front door and in no time Molly had a quote, how much my share would be and also chased the job until it was completed. Please let me share with you some positive feedback on my recent experience of selling my late father's property in Bristol via Andrews of Longwell Green. Gemma has been exceptionally diligent and supportive during the whole process, from the initial probate valuation through to legal completion. She initiated an Open House event which she ensured was well attended by well qualified applicants, all of whom made offers that weekend, and negotiated a "Best & Final" offer for us that was well in excess of our "Offers Over" price.Her responses to my e mails have always been prompt, despite the market currently being so busy in the Bristol area and her "can do" attitude is very refreshing - she is a great asset for Andrews and their Longwell Green team.
