I appointed Andrews for the sale of my property and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. From the outset, all staff have been friendly, professional and efficient. Upon accepting an offer on my property, I was introduced to Emma Willingham, Customer Support Advisor. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during the conveyancing process and Emma has been absolutely outstanding throughout, going above and beyond the remit of her role to ensure that things continued to move in the right direction. Emma maintained frequent communication with me, offering advice and reassurance during a stressful time, which I am grateful for.
