We had a complicated house sale and purchase with a number of issues in the chain, but Steven Pearce at Andrews managed the process very well for us. The process had stalled but thanks to Steven he got things moving again and kept on top of it until completion. His communication was excellent, he was proactive and he played a big part ensuring we reached completion. I would highly recommend Steven.

Fantastic Company and they have managed my property for a while now and really happy with the service. They always find the best tenants and do a thorough vetting and background check and marketing and get the highest price and work hard to achieve it. I have been really impressed that there hasn’t been much of a gap between tenancies and they communicate well and are proactive. Would highly recommend the Downend branch thank you.

They (Barnet Branch) are the most laziest estate agents I have come across in Barnet region.Recently I completed purchase via them, I have no words to express my unsatisfaction, they never bothered to chase the seller when completion was getting delayed when purchased via auction, they never ever pick the phone, they never bothered to hand over the keys at the house instead asked me to come to the office to pick the keys stating they are too busy to come to the site for keys handover.Requested to value the property several times for rental purpose, they never ever bothered to call me or take my request.Except Tai (exceptional) there is absolutely no one in the office that you can talk to, as the phone always goes to the headoffice and they never ever call you back.least bothered about customer service.

I had a viewing today in Horley with Emily and Nancy and believe they deserve a 5 star rating.From the beginning of my experience with them starting from the phone call and booking the appointment they were professional and welcoming. On a arrival they were very professional and even took into account the minute details such as where people should park and came prepared with application forms. The viewing was accompanied well by Emily with direction and walk through of the rooms it’s features and benefits, and gave honest answers with regards to any queries we had.Thank you Nancy and Emily!.

I have to say this is one of the best experiences with an estate agent yet. My appointment was made within five minutes with follow up confirmations and a call on the day. I met with Isaac Biggerstaff ,from the Reigate branch, who was exactly on time and very friendly and polite. He was also helpful with suggestions on what could be done going around the property. Andrews are the best estate agent on North Street. I sold my property through them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I found them very professional throughout and they kept me informed at all stages. They got me the full asking price and were extremely helpful when it came to filling out various forms and paperwork which can often feel overwhelming. I am extremely happy with the service from Andrews Estate Agents. All the staff at the North Cheam/Cheam branch have been amazing. They have been very helpful with the sale of my property. Tracy Burden has been very supportive through a very difficult conveyancing. She has kept me in the picture & explained at length some of the hurdles that we encountered. The customer liason has been brilliant & I can't fault the service that she offered me - all the way to exchange & soon completion of my sale.

We had the pleasure of being shown around properties by the amazing Shannae. Throughout our process she demonstrated she was very knowledgable about the properties, accommodating to any of our needs, most importantly she was very forthcoming and honest. One of the reasons we chose to move into our property is because of Shannae, safe in the knowledge that if we were to have any problems she would be there to help us. Thank you Shannae! Since moving in the property is being managed by Sharron. Another fantastic member of staff at andrews who has been equally helpful fixing any problems with the property. I have enquired about flat to buy and was referred to a mortgage advisor. I spoke to Mukul Mehta the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office. He was very knowledgeable and explained all details in the way that I understood everything. He gave me few options. I didn't secured the house yet but once I will I will definitely call him! Great customer service. Easy to talk with. 100% recommendation!
