Andrews have been a fantastic estate agents! We have moved four times, and used them every time because they have been so great. We have been so impressed with how helpful, friendly and professional all of the staff members have always been. Their expertise and skill is always obvious too. Hamza from the Bear Flat branch has been particularly outstanding for the move we have just completed. A solicitor and estate agent from higher up our chain have been very weak, and Hamza has worked incredibly hard to fill the gap left by them. He has always kept us informed and seemed to genuinely care about our family and our house moving experience. He really has gone above and beyond for us, and we are incredibly grateful - this move probably would never have happened if it hadn't been for him!

If I could give a zero star I would. One of the worst estate agents in Bristol/UK. When they need your money, they want it immediately but if you want your deposit back they're always busy and rude to assist. I left a property in September 2023 when they decided to increase my rent. It's Jan 2024 and they're whenever I call them they're always rude or busy having paying my rents on time and being a great tenant. If you are young and want to rent or mortgage a property don't go with Andrews because they rude, unprofessional and don't care about their tenants especially if you're young.

We recently purchased a home marketed by Andrews Purley in Croydon. We worked with Luke Levy and Jill Nicholson. Andrews were professional and warm in their service provision. They were transparent about offer process, and once offer was accepted Jill worked very hard to move things along with all solicitors and was very responsive - usually providing updates before our lawyers. When something came up in our personal lives that meant we needed a bit of time away from the purchase process Andrews were also very empathetic and didn’t hassle us until we were ready to get back in touch.
