Extremely vexed by these people. Stay away if possible Lost out on an ideal location because staff at the mitcham office failed to phone me back. I phoned them on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. - Useless from start to finish in selling our property. Massively overpriced the property to start with. - Failed to provide any feedback on any viewings unless chased (and even then not always) - Tried to use another properties keys in our lock and broke it. - 3 failed buyers that we were told had been vetted and ultimately dropped out after not being serious or not having the funds which meant we lost out on a home and lots of money. AND meant that our sale kept getting delayed for months at a time. - Paperwork littered with spelling mistakes and data errors - Impossible to reach them - Repeatedly shared confidential information with us including full names, emails,addresses and phone numbers of people who had put in offers - Didn't show up for viewings - Buyers dropped out and they didn't even inform us nor did they ever give a real reason We sold in a much less stressful way through KFH in the end. Paying that little bit more money ultimately well worth it the difference in service and professionalism very clear. Save yourself the stress of attempting to "work" with this branch.

I'm trying to view one property from last 10 days. My first appointment was cancelled as the agents after booking me 4 days earlier said that they don't have keys for the property yet. Following week after few calls that no one ever called back I've managed to book viewing for another Saturday 12.30. Today it's a viewing day 11.55 . I called 2 times already asking for exact addresses and trying to confirm. I was told each time someone will call me back. When I called 3rd time at 12.10... no answer. This estate agency is an absolute joke, I think I've never dealed with so incompetent and rude people, and I am not talking only about estate agencies, SHOCKING service. They promised to call me back over TEN times, and it never happened, when I managed to arrange viewings they cancelled all of them last minute giving some ridiculous excuses, when I already took time off at work. 5 stars reviews from new Google accounts (with 1 or two reviews), interesting.. If you want to sell your property, I would not advise to use this agency, it is a nightmare to potential buyers.
