I recently completed the sale of my first flat and used Bairstow Eves to show me properties. Miriam was my point of contact. She was amazing throughout the process and made it easy for me as a first time buyer not really knowing what to do. Stephane in the mortgage broker team has also been brilliant, getting me a better interest rate when I was on holiday. I took off one star as the admin process wasn't 100%. They initially had me living at number 8 which caused a delay in receiving some documents. Also, the insurance company started taking payment when I hadn't completed yet. Staff on the ground are brilliant tho.

Shelley and Aliyah looked after us on the sale of our property and were incredible start to finish. It wasn't an easy process as on the other side our sellers were causing major issues and in fact pulled out of the chain last minute, but Bairstow Eves kept everything together on the sale. They were always available to talk to or called back immediately if you needed them and they were far better at getting information on our sale than our solicitors were, and MUCH nicer. Thank you!

Mac's team at BE Norbury went above and beyond in helping me progress my sale. It was a long and arduous process and the team (Mac, Salal and Sash) handled it super professionally and with good grace. I have particularly appreciated the efforts they went to in following up with the other parties and keeping me informed throughout. Particular mention to Salal Hassan who was instrumental in proceeding things and was an all round superstar from start to finish. Very unprofessional service, I would say ridiculous Our “agent” (young men with long blond hairs) was supposed to let us know about a property, he knew that our offer hasn’t been accepted due landlord wanted family only He said i’ll call you, he never called us back, we had to call him, multiple times, his answer was, Monday Tuesday i’ll let u know, Monday again, he didn’t called back, he didn’t answer to 2 email, so we call him back on Tuesday and he said, maximum at 12/13 pm i’ll give u an answer, we didn’t hear nothing back from him again, we’ve been calling the agency probably 20/30 times, nobody picked up the phone, the next morning, Wednesday we call them back again, an other agent picked up the phone saying my colleague is not here but your offer is not been accepted already few days ago… that’s ridiculous

What a fantastic experience from both Rashard and Diggu both had my best interests at heart when searching for a property and supported me greatly as I was a very nervous FTB.
