GoogleThe staff at the local office were extremely supportive, helpful and worked extremely hard to complete the sales. Very happy with their service. Not so happy with the BE head office service who let down their local staff by their slow completion of reviews and checks before issuing sales memorandum.

GoogleI have recently completed my contract with them and I have been following with them for excess rent paid which has not been refunded till date after constant follow ups with them. It’s really been disappointing with the way they are handling the situation. Didn’t expected this kind of response and behaviour

GoogleThis branch is really devious. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. I put an offer in of £!45,000 on a property advertised at £150,000. Spent time with their mortgage advisor ie 1.50 hours everything in order to get paperwork in order. Waited 2 days and rang twice to see what was happening, they said the owner maybe had his own offer. So rang again the following day and never received a call back. Today 3 days later, I see the same property now advertised at £170,000. I call this sharp practice if ever there was. Whilst this is not illegal, it most certainly is unethical. I am in business locally (surveyor) and I shall take great pleasure in passing the word to friends and business acquaintances regarding Bairstow Eves, in order to make them aware of this franchise branch and the unorthodox procedures used in sales. £20,000 increase in 3 days is beyond believable, even in this so called"bubble"! They didn't even have the politeness to return my telephone calls. Shame on you and your deceptive business practices.

GoogleWe used Bairstow Eves online service to sell our property and overall was impressed with the valuation, professional photography, and the arrangement of viewings which I carried out myself.
