I was in situation where I was in an unfortunate position of having to find a rented property quickly. Katie for Chancellors (Henley) was able to find me a place quickly which alleviated alot of stress that comes with having to move suddenly. She was candid, responsive and a very polite agent and I appreciate her help and the help from Chancellors.

Chancellors can sometimes be slow when dealing with maintenance requests from tenants, and sometimes require repeat chasing up. But having a good property manager really helps. I was dealing with Coco Robert-Squire who was efficient and proactive in sorting out my maintenance issues in the rented property, and got the issues resolved pretty quickly.

Well, What can I say about Rakesh Jethwa. He has been an absolute star and amazing in his service, since giving an evaluation on my property right through to getting offers. He is so personable, makes you feel like family. He has helped in troubled tenants and advised and assisted in every eventuality. I would give him 6 Stars if I could. No doubt he will always assist any new vendors who want to put their property for sale. I would not have been were I am without his help. He will be appreciated always and I thank him for his service and this includes Courtney Kennedy in the after sales office, who has been a tremendous help too. GoogleAlfie has been consistently helpful throughout the process of our purchase, due to work that needed to be carried out in our new property Alfie was always happy to aid us in getting contractors to the property for quotes when needed. Alfie was also available on the phone for any of our queries and if he wasn’t available called back as soon as he could. As a first time buyer I can easily be described as someone who consistently panicked at every turn not knowing what to expect, but Alfie and the team always helped us out! I hope I won’t ever need to buy/sell another house, but if I do, I’ll be making sure to use Chancellors

GoogleThe Team at Chancellors Camberley branch have been exceptional.Demi’s vivacious character and passion for selling houses is apparent from the start. She has the energy that is needed to get things started. Kicking things off with an extremely well attended open house which garnered lots of interest and gave us another spring in our step after 4mths on the market with another agent who just didn’t have this kind of enthusiasm. Then it’s over to Alfie, the sales negotiator, he was so well mannered, easy to like and such great knowledge about the house, community and willingness to find answers to make our buyers comfortable and curious about what could be. What a great team and they got us a sale in an extremely difficult market in around 15days!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Demi from Chancellors. She showed us around the property and was brilliant from start to finish. She kept us fully informed while we were considering our offer, and once we submitted it, she moved everything forward quickly. Communication was always clear and proactive. Now that our offer has been accepted, the handover to the sales progression team has been smooth and well-organised so far. Overall, a really positive experience.

After reporting about a door lock that had broken, Molly Adams contacted me to say what they were doing about it, keeping me involved until it was repaired, snapped again after a day, reported, she followed up, repaired and it snapped the 3rd time, l reported again and she kept me update all the time on what was going, chasing the contractor to have it done as quickly as possible. I appreciate all her efforts even when l delayed to get back to her or failed to answer her calls because I was at work.
