GoogleIt´s my second year in a property managed by Hawes&Co and I have no complain. It´s an old property with the normal tear and wear issues. Every time I have needed to report any of them, I have found a kind and helpful Hawes&Co team member, especially mention to Mahmoud Okba, an outstanding lad that not only gets his work well and quickly done, but always with a smile and good vibes.

TrustpilotHawes & Co are brilliant
Hawes & Co have been brilliant during our house search. Micheal in particular is an exceptional estate agent - his knowledge of not just the local area but the wider region is impressive & incredibly useful. And his comments on the properties are insightful & helpful. I have encountered many, many agents over the last thirty years and can confidently say this is the guy I’d want to sell my property!

TrustpilotExcellent Service
This review has been long due. Thanks to Mr Toby Paul in Hawes and Co (Surbiton Branch), who provided excellent support and service on behalf of Hawes and Co when I moved in to my apartment/flat in Cranes Park, Surbiton in October 2017. It was a smooth process and I have since then recommended H&C to several friends and colleagues looking for properties to rent in Surbiton. Keep the good work up.

I just had a fantastic experience with Hawes & Co buying a property in Surbiton. We managed to agree the price and Exchange within 3 weeks with a lot of help from Sarah and Liana going all the way to get the signed documents from the elderly Vendor and deliver them to the Solicitor. What a service? I owe them big time!
