As we approach the end of the contract, a representative from Dexters, on behalf of the landlord, had reached out to discuss my intentions. Would I like to renew the contract, or are you considering moving on? In this case I received a call from Sonia, who inquired about my plans. I had not previously spoken to Sonia and initially she presented herself as polite and efficient, yet after some back-and-forth discussions, our negotiations became somewhat contentious. However, following a brief email conversation and reset, we were able to work collaboratively with the landlord to arrive at a satisfactory agreement for the upcoming years. Sonia is clearly driven and highly competent in her role, with impressive communication skills. Whether over the phone or through email, she was prompt and attentive, and despite our initial differences, we resolved things quickly and professionally. Thank you, Dexters, and thank you, Sonia. I look forward to working with you again in the future

I had such a positive experience with the lovely Kelsey who helped us, and honestly, with Dexters overall. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about finding something that suited our needs. This is not the experience we felt we received from other agencies. She not only took the time to listen to what we were looking for, but also went above and beyond, squeezing in meetings and viewings to work around our hectic schedules. Dexter has been providing exceptional service. We did have the opportunity to view some of the properties at Kingston with Letting Agent Isabella Briley and really loved her exceptional service. She always has good understanding of the property that she is showing and does an exceptional job in showing the property explaining the details etc. She is very friendly and always makes an effort to understand our queries and address it. Very professional. We have not finalised the property yet but we have decided to work with only Dexters because of Isabella and we are sure she will help us get what we are looking for :)
