As a first time buyer, in their 20s and buying alone it can be super daunting. Nick Still at Dexters was incredible to work with. He explained everything thoroughly, didn’t make my questions seem silly, knew the properties he was showing me like the back of his hand, was honest if he didn’t know the answer and promptly got me the answers I needed, everything he promised he would do, he did. Even though i could not proceed with the properties he showed me due to still being in construction phase, he stayed in touch and assisted with an inquiry beyond his remit.
