FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. You have put our mind at rest and we are no longer stressed about the renting process. Look forward to working with you in the next couple of months. Thanks again!

GoogleChancellors Sunningdale has been an excellent estate agency. I have rented through them twice and on each occasion have received the best service from all their staff. They were quite good in understanding my needs and were very accommodating in arranging viewings, scheduling meeting. Also they didn’t charge any fee upfront and were very focused on getting me the right property. Speacial thanks to Tabrez from Sunningdale office who was very helpful throughout the letting process. He is immensely knowledgable of the market and is always open to accomodate customers needs. Very good experience overall!

FacebookWe just moved out of a property managed by chancellors, the agency and most of the staff working there are extremely incapable, downright unhelpful, with the exception of Isabelle Smyth - Senior Property Manager, so this 5 star goes to her and her only. She remained kind, polite and professional at all situations, was super helpful and where all others failed went out of her way to assist us with our queries. She deserves the recognition, if it wasn't for her we would have had a much worse experience than we did. Thanks Isabelle!

GoogleFrom a landlord’s perspective, Kate and Rosie have been very helpful and thorough throughout the rental process. I appreciate their prompt communication and the fact that they always follow up their phone calls with an email so we’re all on the same page and can easily refer back to the written communication so there’s never any doubt. They are both very professional and proactive and have made the rental process very easy. I also appreciated the “open house’ viewing of the property which was a much more efficient method of showing the property to multiple applicants on the same day. Our current tenants were very appreciative of this as well. The fact that our property was leased within the first 5 viewings is a bonus! Thanks, Kate and Rosie, for going above and beyond and for always answering my questions and queries promptly and efficiently.

FacebookI recently used chancellors estate agents to move to one of there rented property’s. My dealing was with Declan Hartigan ,Who was very informed very helpful and welcoming. Very professional throughout the whole process keeping me informed with a personal touch. It's always a nice surprise when somebody remembers your name considering the amount of people they have to deal with. I highly recommend chancellors estate agent and I am very impressed with Declan Hartigan. After my Smooth transition into my new home I also have perfect after-care service. Robert Higgins

FacebookMe, my husband and our daughter just moved yesterday to our new flat. I can't belive all process was so quick and not as complicated as I first thought. Very special thanks to Nathan Tan, he was very patient and professional, he really supported us. He explained us everything, sometimes twice as we are not a native speakers ;). If you're a bit scared of all this "scary" agencies, forms, processes and other things that may seem to be complicated I can honestly recommend you chancellors and Nathan. Big thanks again!

FacebookWhat a pleasant experience! I went into the Henley branch and spoke to Jon, a very helpful employee for your Henley area. I needed some assistance in my property search and I was very impressed with your employees knowledge of the area, not only places/areas within my budget but also how close the houses were to everything else I would need to be around or near my new home, schools, shops etc! I'm in a bit of a rush as I am moving to the area for a job and knew nothing about Henley and surrounding suburbs. Whilst I was in the branch I was comfortable the whole time and did not feel pressured at all, which is refreshing for an estate agents! I left feeling like I had real direction on what was now within my means and will be back to arrange viewings next time I am in the area! A great experience overall!

GoogleI bought a bungalow from Chancellors Sunningdale. Despite being on their mailing list for a small house or bungalow, I found it on Rightmove! FIltering of properties to specific clients is therefore not good. However the gentleman (Frazer Chown) who showed me round was very considerate to the owner who happened to be there and also keen to get answers to my questions. Subsequent dealings with Frazer were similarly productive, answering my calls or e-mails promptly.

GooglePlease do yourself a favour and don't use them! We're having an awful experience of letting our property through Chancellors and frankly I don't know what we're paying the management fee for. The pre-tenancy inspection and inventory were not done until after the tenants had moved in, so we have an incomplete and inaccurate report and inventory, which we've still had to pay for! Perhaps worse still, I've been sucked into discussions with third party providers to deal with this incompetence. I may as well have managed the letting myself. The staff in the Sunningdale office are helpful & courteous but our experience is that once the deal is done, you're left with faceless, slow & inefficient central office service.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value
