FacebookBrilliant service across the board. In particular Rachel Axton at Thameside has been more than helpful on a number of occasions and I cannot compliment her work ethic enough. She does indeed go the extra mile to make sure the job is done. In my own experience, things are nearly never straightforward, however Rachel has always made sure that everything is organised and try her very best to make sure the outcome suits everyone.

Recently Rachel Axton has provided me with excellent customer service as I have now vacated the property. GoogleHighly unprofessional and unapologetic. I have made an offer on one of their listing for which I did not get any response for 10 days despite my chase to get an update. When I have made a formal complaint, I was sent a rejection letter to my offer and I was advised that seller has accepted another offer. Also, I was offered monies to close my complaint which annoyed me even more.I have been trying to work out the reason for it which may be not accepting any of their mortgage/legal assistance offers or probably selling this property to one of their contacts by making a disclosure to my offer. The whole incident is bizarre. I have taken my complaint to property redressal scheme to find out exactly what has happened. Please do avoid this estate agent and all the pain staking dealing with them. In response to the owner statement: I did write to directors with my complaint and your response was a complete eyewash and thats why, I have taken my complaint to property redressal.
Hello, we are deeply sorry to hear that you remain unsatisfied with our service and our complaints procedure, your complaint has since been further reviewed, and all attempts were made to rectify but unfortunately no resolution was acceptable to you. You were also provided the next steps in order to escalate your concerns should you wish to do so. It is a client’s decision to either accept or reject an offer on a property and our marketing generated a significantly higher offer from an alternative purchaser that our client chose to proceed with. FacebookI have been looking for a rental-property with friends to live in for the 2020/21 Academic Year. Mr. Jordan Liepa has been dealing with our enquiries and viewings and has been incredibly helpful, offering a professional and efficient service during our house-hunt. I would definitely recommend Chancellors to a friend on the basis of how Mr. Liepa has handled and assisted our search.

GoogleI have to take the time to say, Molly is fantastic, and she helps Chancellors stand out above all the competition. She's so professional and always attentive. Throughout our property search she connected with us by phone and following up by email every time a new property came on the market, and we felt cared for with that personal touch you only get from the best service providers. FacebookTo start on a high, the estate agent actually was very helpful. Answered any questions I had and was very kind. The issues started with communication. I was given a sales progressor who failed to give thorough updates and when they did, they were weeks after my solicitor gave me one. When I communicated this to them, they got very defensive, deflected and I was passed onto another sales progressor. No accountability taken. Again, same happened with the new progressor, slow/no updates, but I just cracked on and waited (almost pulled out at this point as I was now on the 5th month of waiting and the thought of them gaining commission on such an awful service really annoyed me). Completion day then came around, a day that is supposed to be so exciting and luckily was but only due to the people I was with. CHANCELLORS DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS OR THAT I WAS THERE TO COLLECT THE KEYS. They didn't even know about the property even though it was their listing! They turned me away and I had to wait 6 hours until my solicitor gave me the go ahead to try and collect the keys again. I came back and was pretty annoyed (rightly so) and the person who gave me the keys tried to justify the situation by telling me how bad their experience was when they first bought a property?! I literally couldn't be arsed at that point. When I finally did collect the keys, someone was still vacant in the property! Luckily they were very kind but I didn't think it was very appropriate.

FacebookWould definitely recommend Chancellors, they’ve been a massive help since we moved into our property just over a week ago. In particular Casey Gramson, our property manager, has been super, and has dealt with all of our requests effectively, and in a timely manner. Always polite and professional, so yes, would definitely recommend!

FacebookI do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.
