Washington branch, I arranged for Carly to value my property, she was on time and very efficient and was a very polite and knowledgeable young lady. Within hours the advert had been sent for approval and was live the next day, and everytime I've emailed with query shes responded promptly.

Pattinson is CRAP They let you view and when you ring to put deposit and etc down and they say u can’t do it because someone has put a deposit down already? Well why let me view then??

First time buyer here - while land registry issues got in the way of a quick or easy sale, it always felt like they were on top of everything and working to get it done as fast as possible. Clear, regular communication, and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions, even when I probably was! Thank you Pattinson Jarrow :)

Bullying and lying agents, especially from the Auction department. Pretending not to hear or understand the questions. Misleading and dishonest. Be especially careful of Ian Weatherhead and Dean Florence.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from all the team within the Bedlington Office . They were very proactive and communication was excellent . I received regular updates via telephone, text and email . All queries were answered promptly and I don't believe that the sale of my parents bungalow could have been dealt with any better from start to finish . I would definitely recommend

We were buying a property through Pattersons and they made the experience pleasant and less stressful.They did regular check ins with us and even chasing up the chain below us to get information. The ladies in the Bedlington office were always very friendly, we hadn’t moved for 30 years so had no clue how complicated it could be.

Great service from Helen Williamson at the Low Fell Branch. I am not great with technology and so had been in person to other estate agents in low fell looking for a 2 bed ground floor flat. Pattinsons are so far the only estate agents to be so helpful and help me in person instead of directing me to technology I struggle with.
