When it came to selling my father's house, I was given the names of 3 local agents by friends and neighbours. Since I did not live locally, I did not know much about any of them, and had to be guided by their initial reaction to my enquiry. After some deliberation, and delays due to Covid and then the legal process, I decided on GH, who I had found to be the most helpful, and approachable and understanding of the situation, without being to pushy, they kept in touch, and abreast of our progress. When I was finally in a position to put the house on the market, all the communication was done by phone and email. At all times I found them very helpful and prompt in replying to my messages, no matter who I spoke to in the office. They kept me informed of who was visiting the property, and when, gave regular feedback. When there was a minor issue, they proved to be very proactive in helping move things along. I would have no hesitation in strongly recommending GH based on my experience. Marcus and the team- many thanks. you were brilliant.

Rude & ignorant. I messaged to let them know of a property they are selling brand new roof tile came off as was raining heavy it would have caused damage internally. They did send someone out after I messaged but simply didn’t reply to me, no thanks, no manners, pure ignorance! Update: ironically after I left this review they blamed Facebook and decided to reply. Very unprofessional.
