GoogleVery poor company. Very money driven reported problems with the property and most of times nothing was done. One repaire was reported and nothing was done for 3 years and recently had office staff talking utter rubbish and lies
Hi Andrew; I investigated your situation as naturally I was concerned about your comments. As a Lettings management company we require approval for any repairs from the landlord unless it’s a statutory landlord obligation (a legally required repair) in which case it would be instructed and the money for the repair recovered from the landlord. In your situation this wasn’t the case from what I can see and we were very much in the hands of the landlord despite our best efforts to assist. We do not gain financially in any way by not carrying out the repairs. In situations where landlords refuse to carry out statutory repairs we would immediately withdraw from the landlord relationship as we are as keen as anyone to do the right thing. I’m sorry that on this occasion you’ve been dissatisfied and frustrated and hope that you have a better experience if you rent in the future and I wish you well.

Hi Mr Anonymous, after 25 years of valuing property in and around the Sunderland area I’ve never been aware of anything like this. I’m disappointed you have an anonymous profile and are posting anonymously because we do get instances of competitor companies posting malicious and fictitious Google reviews and it’s difficult to separate fact from fiction and therefore resolve genuine concerns people may have. Members of the public reading reviews are intelligent enough to make their own minds up about companies and can usually see whether reviews are genuine or not.
