GoogleThe full experience from start to finish with Elopa was superb. The full team went above and beyond keeping us updated throughout the full process - our house sold within a few days! GoogleGot through to this place and was kept on hold for 10mins until I had to put phone down.All I wanted to know was if a property had been let or not!!!!waste of time

GoogleWe have used Elopa several times now to add properties onto our BTL portfolio. Janine in particular has always been really helpful, great service and goes the extra mile to make sure deals are done as smoothly as possible for both buyers and sellers. GoogleMostly excellent service from Janine and the girls - only issue was sometimes problems with getting through on the phone but appreciate probably COVID related. Sold our £750000+ house much better than a very high end estate agent who would have charged us £6500. Elopa’s fee £1000+ VAT

Not an excuse but due to covid 19 and staff working remotely we have had to accept that our service has not been as it is in normal times. GoogleJanine had my house on the market within hours and we sold it within 5 days!! Unfortunately the sale fell through due to the buyers circumstances however elopa had viewings booked within the hour and I sold the house again pretty much the same day!! Excellent service wouldn’t hesitate to use elopa again!!!

GoogleBeen trying to arrange a viewing for over 2 weeks now, not getting any answers to emails, when I try to call it just goes to voicemail and nobody gets back in touch. Very poor service.

GoogleFirstly, they don’t even answer the phone. When they do answer they are not helpful at all. I rang and left my number with them with queries few times but not a single time did they give me a call back. As an estate agent I find them to be extremely unhelpful.
