As a Landlord (my properties being out of the area) I have often drawn on my friendship with Kath to answer queries about inspections carried out on my properties. Kath has always been obliging and more than happy to answer any concerns I have. She is professional and has an exceptional eye for detail. Knowing the care and diligence she has when inspecting properties means that should I have in the future properties to rent in the area I would not hesitate to ask Leaders Sudbury to manage them.

Matthew, one of the new estate agents went above and beyond helping me to get my first rental property. Matthew conducted himself in a professional manner, communicating with the landlord and myself in order to help the whole process run smoothly. He was efficient, polite and made me feel at ease and took all the stress away. I am so thankful for his hard work along with the rest of the team at the branch, I could not fault the service.

It’s our first time using an agent to find us a tenant, needless to say we were a bit worried on how it all worked but after one phone call and speaking to Elaine Our minds were put at rest and I cannot believe how smooth and quickly Elaine at leaders Sudbury sorted out viewing and lease and has provided us with the perfect tenant. Professional but personal service, advice and support was always on hand. We would have given a five star rating but unfortunately the financial department of leaders let them down. Had to do a bit of chasing to receive all money owed to us.

I found all the staff in this office very helpful, they helped to sort out one or two things which I didn't understand . Nothing seemed too much trouble. The one complaint I do have is Leaders bureaucracy and use of computers , when there are people like me who are not computer literate, but the girls in Sudbury office where very tolerant and helped me. So well done all the staff in Leaders Sudbury office.
