GoogleI dealt mostly with Matthew Jiggins who was extremely helpful and patient in sorting out some very difficult problems to do with documentation before moving into the flat, as was Ryan Sheffield who also worked hard to sort things out. I haven't moved in yet but right now I'm happy to give them both five stars for excellent service.

Elaine has gone above and beyond arranging viewings at short notice and often going into out if office hours. Fingers crossed we will be moving in in the next couple of weeks. The branch manager went the extra mile in providing us her personal contact details which proved vital when we had an out of hours issue on the first evening which was quickly resolved
