GoogleFantastic service by fantastic people. I was new to letting out my property and was worried about it as you hear all the horror stories but I can not be happier with how it went. I was kept up to date the entire time and Boydens of sudbury have found me the perfect tenants. If I am ever lucky enough to own a second property to let out I would use Boydens right away.

GoogleArranged a viewing on a one bedroom studio in Sudbury Town centre, went to the viewing and didn't even get a phone call to ask me my thoughts on the property and if I wished to progress my application for the property. Terrible, I wouldn't let my properties out with these people.. AVOID!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
