I’ve been dealing with Boydens for approximately 8 years now ever since I moved into my current address. I’ve always found them easy to deal with and the staff have always been friendly and willing to help. The maintenance service has improved over the years and is super efficient. Coming up to Easter weekend I found out the cistern had sprung a leak and was steadily dripping water onto the bathroom floor after previously being masked by the full laundry basket that was next to it. I submitted a maintenance request and within an hour Nina had responded, contacted a plumber and left advice to slow the leak before the plumber arrived. Thankfully he was able to come out the same day and replaced part of the pipe/joint. This was a huge relief as I don’t know how much water had already been lost and knowing it was Easter weekend I really wasn’t sure how soon it could be fixed. The plumber was a top bloke and did a great job. Very happy with how things were handled.

Hello, I would like to put pen to paper, so to say. I would like to thank Boyden’s Sudbury branch, Angela and her team for all the help and support given me over the 20 years they have been helping me with my rental properties. Looking out for me working with the tenants giving them, I feel the same support Boyden’s gives me. Happy tenants = happy landlord. I would also like to say thank you to the Colchester branch, Luke and team for hosting the live webinars for landlords, these webinars have been so informative for me and my partner. I think the term for me is hobbyist landlord, just 3 rentals, So these webinars are just so helpful. I believe the next one is on the renter’s reform bill that has just gone through. I am really looking forward to this as I know it will be explained and not using big words and gobbledygook. Angela and her team have been incredibly professional throughout the whole process of initial contact, appraisal and photographing of our property, to the respectful way viewings were conducted. Our final decision to remove our house from the market due to unforeseen fluctuations was also met with professional respect and integrity. They have never been pushy, unlike other estate agents in Sudbury who at times seemed relentless in their efforts to “steal” business from a competitor. Overall I would have no hesitation in offering my recommendation to others to use their services, and as soon as the market becomes more favourable, my wife and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Other agents appear to be racing to the bottom with their business model, but Boydens Sudbury seem to be holding steady with values that make the process of selling a house as comfortable as it can be.
