Awful, unprofessional service with incompetent staff. Key details were repeatedly mishandled, leading to delays and financial loss on our part. The agent refused to take any responsibility and refused to release us from their contract, effectively trapping us in an agreement while they were at fault.

GoogleWe were originally with Gloucestershire Property Online but when they closed The Property Centre took over the sale of my late mothers property. We are very grateful for the professional manner in which the team particularly Kieran progressed the sale. I am also impressed with Allison’s help and her coordination of all the parties involved in the final weeks of the conveyance.

Used property centre for 2 purchases and as a managing agent since 2019 (7 years) so I have experience with this company.
We are sorry to hear you’re unhappy with our service, especially in light of the good working relationship we have had with you over the last 7 years. Please be assured that it is never our intention to recommend or arrange works that are unnecessarily expensive, nor do we seek to have works carried out at a cost that is not in our landlords' best interests. We add no mark-up to any contractor quotes and we only obtain quotations from reputable contractors and present these to landlords for consideration, but the decision on whether to proceed always remains with the landlord. Above all, our intention is only ever to support our landlords and manage their properties fairly, professionally and in good faith.

A researched a couple of properties and requested a viewing I also stated my circumstances moving day and price availability.. With that I have received a generic email requests in the information I had already sent realize that my original message hadn't been acknowledged correctly I contacted BPC to request a callback to discuss the options I spoke to an individual by the name of Paris who told me to fill out the emails when I stated that I did not want to fill out the emails and I would like to speak to an agent she stated that the agent wasn't available and she was not going to arrange a call because she did not like the way I came across on the phone I asked if the call was recorded She responded no and disconnected the line I wasn't rude nor was my tone off I made a simple request I've only just started looking for a property but this is by far the worst interaction I've had.. I've also come to realise the individual in question is also the manager of BPC this individual was unable to give me any information regarding the property or able to arrange a call back for one of her colleagues from what I could tell she was more concerned with going on her lunch and I will be making this into a formal complaint
