GoogleAfter a mis communication all was sorted when hot water issue. Personally never had an issue with parkers as I'm happily left alone to do my own thing which is very much appreciated. I retract my negative review as it has now been talked through and sorted

Good afternoon Mr Gast I am extremely disappointed that you feel Parkers did not provide you with the service you expected. I know that the circumstances surrounding your proposed purchase changed and that the house has come back to the market for a higher price than you had agreed. I am also aware that throughout the process we did have regular contact with yourselves but that with our clients not securing an onward purchase there were understandable frustrations. Having thoroughly reviewed the file and internal notes I am confident that Parkers did carry out a professional service, we did communicate throughout the process by both email and telephone to you and your partner. GoogleI do a lot of work professionally with Parkers sales and cannot fault them at all. The team are highly knowledgeable, exceptionally helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything/everyone is kept completely up to date and the speed of their responses is outstanding. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and approachable Estate Agency.

GoogleThe Parkers team were really supportive and helpful. I had a very limited time to find a property and move in, and Parkers did everything possible to make it happen. The only area that may be improved is that the photos on the listings could be more comprehensive to show the properties in full. Otherwise, excellent.
