Good afternoon, thank you very much for contacting us again regarding your review, you have prompted us to look into our complaints procedure and found a slight lapse in the redirecting of our emails around the time you contacted us. We are grateful you brought this up again with us so we could look into the matter in more detail to try and find your missing email.
