We had a great experience purchasing through Andrews with all agents that we spoke to. Our main dealings were with Katie Maggs who was amazing and very friendly. She was especially great whenever dealings were slowing - she kept regular contact with us, as well as both ours and the vendors solicitors.

GoogleVery disappointed with Andrews in the past year, after having had good service from them previously. Unprofessional, rude and unapologetic when their mistakes were pointed out to them. We have left countless telephone messages, e mails, and have even a member of Andrews Lettings team has e mailed our our behalf, pleading for help. Shocking lack of service, empty promises and no results....STILL waiting for a response....

Having organised a viewing for a property at 4.45 today and no one has showed and no one answered any calls.Very unfair seeing as I left work early and had to get a bus to and from the property. When’s the viewing was booked there was no left agreed. Very disappointed and unfair

I can’t stress this enough, please go with another estate agents! I can’t put into words how terrible the service I received from Andrews was. Look at the other reviews on here and AVOID!!!!!
