I offered on a property via Andrews which was accepted and went through the full process of completion leading to exchange over six months, days before expected completion the vendor changed their mind and I was left with solicitor and mortgage fees to pay. The property was remarketed by Andrews the next day, this was the worst experience ever and I would never use it recommend them. Not sure how this was allowed I will be seeking legal advice

Absolutely disgraceful company. I rented a property managed by them and what a bad experience! Issues with the property reported time and time again, lights not working in communal areas, expected to walk up stairs in pitch black dark, toilet not working, heating not working, rent increased again and again despite the issues not being sorted. They had the cheek to book viewings for new tennants after we gave notice with 10 hours notice after telling them time and time again I work nights and sleep daytimes. Took 3 months to get any kind of deposit back, accused us of leaving the property in a mess and "hired" cleaners which charged us £100+ and heard from a neighbour the cleaner was told to do "the bare minimum". Been in contact with the new tennant of the property to find rent has increased yet again and there are still issues at the property. If you're desperate, go ahead, but if you have the choice stay well away!!!

If i could give zero stars i would of done, 1 star is far too much praise for this company. Dreadful customer service and no engagement at all from them. Avoid them if possible, unfortunately i had no choice and my contract was handed over to them. On leaving the property i received no communication regarding inspection, inventory, handing the keys back and now i have the impossible task of getting my deposit back. Fortunately it is protected but now over a month since i left property and still no response from them over deposit. Avoid if at all possible!

The man in change of lettings made us feel inadequate and really silly the whole way through (we are young, this is only our second rental as a couple). We did not live in the area when starting to look, we had not yet found jobs but wanted to be aware of houses in the area so that we could move asap once we had found jobs. The man in charge of lettings found it down right hilarious that we were looking for a house without jobs in the area and made this very clear to us. Long story short we now both have jobs and have a lovely house for 725 a month from another agent as this agent promised to notify us of houses but did not, and when we called to ask about houses online, the lettings man was completely rude and actually laughed the entire way through my last phonecall with him. I would have hung up if I did not need a house. Thankfully we have not had to use them. Judgemental and rude.
