Sarah has been a fantastic property manager over a number of years for Andrews. Initially, when I decided to rent out my UK property, I wanted a single point of contact for all queries ranging from rental payments to repairs and contracts. Sarah has performed this role exceptionally well. The recent communication between myself and the tenant, requesting permission to redecorate is a classic example where she simply facilitates a timely conversation with the tenant. Simple? It should be but it is not always the case with many serivce companies where trying to get a quick answer is often difficult and bureaucratic. This is the importance of dedicated professional property managers. Thanks for the great customer service.

GoogleSeems unfair to go on with the reduction of stars as the Andrews team have been very professional throughout, without Cheryl's support through the conveyancing process, we would still be there! Warning regarding DC Law still stands.
Reduced by 2 stars (feel should be more reduced) due to their recommended conveyancing company DC Law, they have proven themselves to be totally incompetent throughout the process. DO NOT USE DC LAW.
Otherwise the last review stands - We found the experience to be painless, after trying to sell the house last year with another agent and not succeeding, the Andrews team were working for us and not the other way round. Greg Lines and his team have been supportive and communicative all of the way through the process.

GoogleWe can’t thank Emily and her team at the Stroud office enough for their excellent efforts in selling our property. At our first initial consultation with Emily she was professional, enthusiastic and friendly and we were confident in her selling our house. Her team took a lot of the stress out of the selling process, and we knew we could rely on Emily and her team to have everything in hand so we could manage our family life at the same time. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly which we very much appreciated.
Emily went above and beyond to ensure our house sale went to plan, even hand delivering paperwork to our solicitors which was a 5 hour round trip during the postal strike. We can’t thank her and her team at the Stroud office enough for what they’ve done for us. We would definitely recommend Andrews.

Today morning I went to visit a property in Bristol by Andrews. I was guided by this lovely lady called Isabelle to view the property. She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord. To my surpise she even managed to get the landlords approval to rent the property on the same day! I was impressed and had a nice experience like never before. Hats off!?
