GoogleI was enquiring about a property in Strood, unfortunately it had already sold. However, Sanyell at Dockside was very informative and patient with me in answering all my questions. She has definitely put my mind at ease. If its your first time buying, Dockside properties is definitely the place to go.

GoogleI rented a property through dockside earlier in the year. We have had a few maintenance issues but Alice has always been on hand to deal with them quickly so nothing has become major. Definitely the best agency around!

GoogleAlthough I have not met any of the team members in person, but I can say that the service they have provided in letting our property for the past 5-6 years has been amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending the letting team under the leadership of the area manager, at anytime.

GoogleAbout a week ago appointment for viewing arranged. Confirmation mail/text received. On the day of viewing, took a trip from a city which is 200 miles away in the morning. Then, a phone call told you that the property is not finished yet(which pictured perfectly ready in the ads) and you need to wait to be finished about 4 or more months!!!(not a prunk or joke) Don't bother even to ask, why do you put the property on the market which is not ready ? This is neither professionalism nor ethical. Just avoid it!

GoogleAbsolutely appalled, by the level of customer service as a prospective buyer who wants to examine the property we have put in an offer for, I wanted to view the property properly and duly booked an appointment, the agent was late for the appointment then informed me that he only had 15 mins to spare before his next appointment not only that but he didn't have a full set oif keys with him so i could not access some of the property, I had an electrician booked to arrive to inspect at some cost to myself and when i phoned the office to complain , I was told that it was Christmas (not to worry that it was my Christmas as well). I'm surprised they have any clients if this is the level of disrespect shown.

GoogleSold my flat with Dockside and couldn’t fault them, Eliza had viewings booked in and offers before it even went on the market. Great quality pictures and video tour. It achieved well over the asking price which I was not expecting. The whole process was handled really well and I would recommend to everyone. Thanks Dockside and Eliza for all your hard work and dedication😊
