We would recommend anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent in Strood/Rochester to use EweMove. EweMove ensured that we were able to sell our house at a decent price enabling us to secure the house we really wanted to move to. When EweMove really came into their own was later in the selling process when our chain fell down. EweMove immediately put the house back on the market and found us a new buyer at the same price by that weekend. As the chain fell down quite late in the process and our mortgage offer had a cut off EweMove ensured everyone in the chain got all the necessary paperwork done in time to allow us to move in time. This got pretty close to the wire but EweMove made sure all the clogs in the system were running. In the weeks leading up to the move I was in almost daily communication with Jack and John and without their hardwork, commitment and chasing of everyone in the chain I don’t think we would have moved in time for our mortgage cut off. A good estate agent is more than just finding a buyer - it’s also about getting that sale over the line and EweMove Strood made that happen. That’s why I would recommend them.

Unbelievable service a friend down the road put theirs on the market so they i went to ask how ewo was they recommend Ewo so yes word mouth is always good thing. Putting my house on the market was a daunting decision. I was anxious about the process. I switched to EweMove after being disappointed with another agent. The difference was amazing. I especially found the levels of communication to be just right. They let me know in advance when viewings would be, gave feedback on them where appropriate. I was not living at the house and felt comfortable trusting them with keys. (One time Jack was even kind enough to read the meters for me when the utilities company were nagging me for them). If I lived locally I would go to them first next time I needed to sell a house. They were not only much better than the first agency I used this time but also better than all those I've used in the past 35 years.

Slow at times, fed same bullshit week after week, didnt do much unless prompted, my solicitor did more pushing than they did and ewe move charged me almost 4 x more than what I was paying her, was quite a painful process, once they received my fee from my solicitor I didn’t even receive a thank you or a pleasure doing business from them afterwards, not even a follow up call, they vanished and I never heard from them again, even a WhatsApp message would’ve been nice. After losing our mum and having to sell her home it was hard and sad. But with the help of john and Jack it was made much easier , they basically took care of everything, and did all they could to get viewings , being it was a park home too , with lots of different rules etc , we didn't know where to start , but john was very knowledgeable, and dealt with all the paperwork etc . The moment John came round we felt that we were in safe hands. He explained the process of the sale with regard to viewing, costs and the legal side of the transaction. Jack was the agent who showed the prospective buyer's around. The viewings went very smoothly with us taking the dog out while Jack conducted them. When the house was sold, we were told we needed certain safety certificates. John pointed us in the right direction and advised us as to what we needed to do.
