We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent! From the very beginning, they were friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. They gave us honest, knowledgeable advice, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were involved in every decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and act whenever something needed doing. Their professionalism really stood out, but they also made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. Selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything run as smoothly as possible. On top of that, their fees were very reasonable, and the level of service we received was outstanding. We recently sold our house with Ewe Move and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From the very beginning, we dealt mainly with John and Jack, with Jack handling the majority of our enquiries and communications. We chose Ewe Move because John was the only agent who truly understood and agreed with the value we expected for our home. Their competitive package was also a big factor, including free professional photography and a high-quality house tour, which gave potential buyers far more information upfront. We also really liked that there was no lengthy tie-in contract, along with their strong local reputation. I recently completed on my first home purchase and I honestly cannot thank Jack and the whole team at Ewemove enough. From start to finish, Jack was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He was always approachable, professional, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to help keep things moving and reduce stress wherever possible. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of moments where guidance and communication made all the difference, and Jack consistently delivered both. Even when there were delays and issues outside of his control, he stayed proactive, kept me updated and was always willing to chase things up when needed. A lot of reviews on here are from a sellers point of view - this is from a buyers. If you're thinking of buying a home and it's listed with Ewe Move, I highly suggest looking elsewhere (if you can) as they are the worst company i've ever had to deal with. They made the whole process of buying a first home far more stressful than it needed to be. We endured months of poor communication, constant shifting of goalposts and basically dealing with idiots from start to end. I will never buy a home listed by Ewe Move again - if you are reading this and it's your only option, get a good solicitor (VE White were great for us) as it's the only thing that prevented me from completely losing my mind.
