After looking at many properties over a long period of time I was assisted at Jackson's Streatham with viewings conducted by Holly and Tristan. Both members of staff were friendly, courteous and highly professional making the viewing process fun and informative. I was also helped by Scarlett who went out of her way to present my offer out of business hours and normal working days. Kelly, the sales progressor, was quick, direct and kept the sale moving whilst ensuring I was fully informed of both the progress and expectations for my side every step of the way; an invaluable role and conducted in an excellent way by Kelly. This was a very straight forward and easy purchase which was in large part due to the professionalism and dedication of the staff at Jackson's Streatham. They all seem to work incredibly long hours, I hope they all get some time off! I appreciate their clear and direct communication throughout.

Finding a flat to rent in London at the moment was proving a nightmare and taking up hours of time trawling RightMove. Really recommend getting in touch with an estate agents directly - 48 hours after getting in touch with Jackson’s, Sharon Chango had helped me secure a flat that I’m absolutely delighted with. Sharon gave lots of advice and insight which helped me make a confident decision, and was really responsive throughout the entire process, including giving me advice on where to park the moving van to avoid parking restrictions outside the property. Myself and my partner moved over from Australia three weeks ago and hit the ground running joining the London rental craze. After applying for many places, I received a call about a property in Streatham from Jaydon. Right from the get go, he was incredibly pleasant, understood our needs and arranged a viewing at a time that suited us.
