thankfully our vendor choose vaughan reynolds as their agent, the estate agent was able to answer our questions regarding the property we were viewing, which may seem obvious but our experience with other agents was they were seeing the property for the first time as we were. vaughan reynolds kept us up to date regularly until completion keeping the chain from collapsing at times. we now own our dream home thank you all at vaughan reynolds we could not have done it without literally! in a housing system that is completely broken vaughan reynolds got us to the finish line. highly highly recommend.

Vaughan Reynolds have been excellent at managing our house sale, which completed in June ‘22. I was initially attracted to them by the quality of their photos, drone shots, and virtual tours which are all very professional and stand apart from other agents. All the staff are very knowledgeable and I was far more confident in their ability to manage our sale than other, more national, agents which I dealt with for both sales and purchases in the past. We had several viewings, all managed by Vaughan Reynolds, with feedback received quickly after each one until we accepted an offer for the full asking price. Vaughan Reynolds (particularly Abbie) were very proactive in managing the various members of our chain at all stages of the sale, ensuring all were kept up to date and managing tensions, of which there were many. With 5 houses in our chain it wasn’t easy to coordinate, but Vaughan Reynolds managed us through it all, often having a far better grasp of the situation than the various solicitors! I would have no hesitation in recommending Vaughan Reynolds. Their knowledge and personal touch is something you just don’t get with other agents.

I was pleased to be contacted prior to my house being advertised. Obviously, VR kept and referred to the details of registered prospective purchasers and matched their requirements with those of my property, which they considered might be suitable. As it turned out their system worked and the only people to view the property purchased it at the asking price. Great for me and for them. The sale progressed quickly without too many problems and I am happy to say that the purchasers deadline of 30 June was meet, they will move into the property on 16 June. We have recently sold our house in Bearley, Stratford upon Avon, and Vaughn Reynolds were just incredible throughout. Matt, Abbie and Tom were the dream sales team, we sold our house very quickly and for well above the asking price. During the sales process they supported us and Ginny acted almost as a buy-side advisor as is the norm in the US, but not normally in the Uk. The chain for our purchase ended up being very complex with lots of hurdles and I honestly don’t think it would have happened without Ginny! The standard of customer service in almost every industry nowadays has dramatically declined. Anyone reading this will have their own frustrating experiences. However, a rare beam of positive light cuts through the darkness and despair of technology that doesn’t work and call centres/businesses that fail to respond, Vaughan Reynolds! This is a company that understands customer service and professionally consistent behaviour. They get the job done, efficiently and with success for both sellers and buyers.
