Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As no comments were included with the rating, we were a little surprised, particularly as you are purchasing a property through us and no concerns were raised about our service during the process. The only issue made known to us related to delays with the legal conveyancing. We completely understand how frustrating this can be; however, these delays were largely due to the conveyancing timescales and the solicitor acting on your behalf. Throughout this period, we chased the file daily, maintained regular contact with you, and worked hard to progress matters, especially as the rest of the chain had been ready for some time. We always welcome feedback and would be happy to discuss your experience further if you feel there is anything else we could have done differently.
