FacebookWe bought our property through Edwards after 15 months of one awful experience after another. Laura was the only agent we had dealings with who was reliable, knowledgeable and tenacious. She communicated effectively and negotiated well with all parties in the chain. We always felt that Laura was on top of the situation when others were not. If it wasn’t for Laura, I’m not sure our house move would ever have happened! Excellent service and would recommend Edwards unreservedly.

GoogleExceptionally poor service, rang twice last week, left a couple of messages with two different individuals and was promised a call back. Never heard a thing. Property we were interested in has now been changed to sold on their website. We also contacted other agents last week, who did return calls, so plenty of other professional agents available in SOA, don’t use Edwards!
As a family owned business, customer service is paramount to us, and so we are very surprised to read your review. It is only our main sales team that answer our phones and so we are slightly confused as to why we would have needed to take a message, as whoever answered the phone would have been able to help with your enquiry. We would be grateful if you could call us on 01789 414222 so we can discuss this with you further. We record all our phone calls and so if you can provide us with the day and phone number you called from, we’ll be able to listen to the call and investigate further. Please let us know if you are still looking for a property and we can see if we have any other suitable properties coming onto the market.

GoogleWe exchanged contracts yesterday after a very smooth process. We purchased through Nathan Winfield from the Ferndown branch. Throughout the process, which was extended due to the current house market movement, he has driven the rest of the chain of solicitors and agents to get us over the line. He has worked tirelessly to help us and checked in with both us and the sellers regularly to make sure that we were informed of any developments and to generally provide reassurance. Whilst we do not plan on doing this again any time soon, if we ever do then we will definitely insist on using Nathan and his branch again and i would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of moving to, from or within the area in the future. We are very satisfied customers! who are only disappointed that there is a 5 star limit on this review.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just bought our first house and thank god the sellers chose Edwards to sell their house! Georgina McGorrigan was our contact throughout the process and she went above and beyond our expectations. She was friendly and helpful at all times, quick to answer all emails and regularly called with updates. Our solicitors were terrible, but Georgie dealt with them fantastically and frequently knew more about our case than our solicitors. If she is anything to go by, we would 100% buy/rent or sell through Edwards in the future.

GoogleI cannot be happier with the service I received from Edwards. My solicitor was bloody useless and the whole process was long and drawn out because there was a probate property involved... But Edwards were on the ball, professional, a step ahead the whole way along. What's more they were lovely people to deal with. 5 out of 5.

However I feel moved to write this review as Edwards helped me every step of the way of my house move... in fact more than my own agents did! Edwards were proactive, kept me informed every step of the way, thought of inventive solutions to problems, negotiated expertly, and were extremely knowledgeable and personable. I’d especially like to thank Jo Draper, who was simply wonderful. I’ve even received a beautiful bunch of flowers for my new home from them. I’ll be recommending Edwards as the agent of choice to all my friends.

FacebookForget what you think about estate agents, Edwards are a cut above and in our case have really worked over and above to get us moved into our new property. My partners flat sale (through Edwards) fell through at the last minute and they manager to source another buyer and it was re-sold with in a week - they stayed in touch with us and chased solicitors on both ends. All the team are great but Laura in particular has been exceptional in keeping us informed and liaising between both vendors, buyers and solicitors. We originally put the flat for sale with a well known on line agent that proved to be a complete (and significant) waste of money. If we were to sell again we would contact Edwards as our first and only choice. As a nice finishing touch my partner received a huge bunch of flowers to help make our new property feel like home. Thank you :-)
