I give five stars to Knight Frank because of their hardworking dedicated people , Phillip Dunn the senior property manager in particular. He is prompt at replying to his emails , he is professional , polite and sorts out any issues or problems with my rented property . I do not need to worry about my tenant/ property as I know Phillip with his exceptional work ethic will look after them .

Stay away! Such an unprofessional agency. Our agent gave the landlord the wrong offer multiple times even though he had our offer in writing. We’ve moved in 3 weeks ago and still have not received our second set of keys. So so unprofessional. By far the worst agency I’ve ever had to deal with

From selling our property in under two weeks thank's Will and Norma, to the rather different time scale and difficult purchase of our new property also through Knight Frank. Special thank's to Jame's Way and Alison for their excellent knowledge and helpfulness guiding us through a slow and difficult purchase but we got there in the end!! Not that we intend to move ever again!! We would certainly recommend Knight Frank to others.

GoogleBuyer found in less than a week. So far so good! And I mean very good - professional, efficient and friendly making the whole experience less daunting. Their advice, photography and marketing plan have been very honest and uncomplicated. Communications have been excellent, be it on the telephone or via email - always getting a response or a quick call back. The big difference with Knight Frank is that they take the time to get to know their vendor and cater to their needs, and they quite obviously know their prospective buyers who were viewing within 24 hours of going on the market and all very genuine thus a buyer found. Let's hope all goes well and the sale goes through with not too many hitches.
