Knight Frank have just managed to sell my house in Leamington Spa without it even going on to the market!. Samantha had a client looking for a property and the process was very efficient and took 6 weeks from the first viewing to completion. It was refreshing to deal with someone who is professional - and also likeable and Samantha had a good rapport with both myself and also the buyers - keeping everyone informed which was necessary to meet the buyers’ timescales. First class service and I would definitely recommend Knight Frank.

Sold a second property in 2 years through James Way at the Stratford office and again received a 5 star service. Highlights are that his estimate of the likely selling price was close to, but less than, what was actually achieved and he recommended a process (offers-over and a closing date) that worked well for a pretty special property. Finally but importantly to me, Knight Frank staff handled all the viewings (100+!!) and managed the process to a successful conclusion some 4 weeks after going to market. Very impressed and they earnt their fee. In my opinion Knight Frank Stratford are very professional and twice now have avoided the usual estate agency ploy of over-valuing a property to get the business and then having to manage the owner's expectation downwards.

They clearly got the valuation spot on and found us a high quality purchaser immediately from someone already on their books. We then had a long and protracted issue with our forward purchase. Knight Frank were incredibly pro-active throughout and got the whole chain over the line. I cannot recommend them highly enough !

If I could give a 0 here I would.I contacted Birmingham office and spoke to a Mr Charles Shephard.He came out to have a look and said he would email back a valuation the next day.One week later he said he would send it immediately and still no email.After 10 days I called him and he gave me the valuation over the phone and said he would not need to send the email.How unprofessional is that. Sadly he has not responded to emails or phone calls and voicemails left over a week now.Beware.
