Anything to do with properties, be it selling, buying or renting, Kaybridge Residentials should be your first point of call. Kevin and his team at Stoneleigh went above and beyond call of duty - helping outside working hours, being flexible and accommodating, being considerate and understanding and most importantly being respectful of our opinions. Kevin clearly has a passion for properties as well as people, and has a professional and personal approach when dealing with clients. He knew exactly what we wanted and needed, and helped us secure the right home for our family. Kevin's guidance was spot on and invaluable and even when it was related to properties listed with other agents he still gave us all the time and support we needed to make the right decisions.
There were plenty of ups and downs during our whole purchase process, but Kevin was consistent! We would highly recommend Kevin and his team at Kaybridge Residential. They really are Worcester Park and Stoneleigh's all round property experts.

Kaybridge Residential got us the best result, during the stressful/tricky time of coronavirus, and were enjoyable to work with.
Do get multiple valuations - I would advise caution with other estate agents in the area overvaluing, or promising a quick sale and simultaneously undervaluing your home. Kaybridge sold our home in just a week, but for £30K more than what the Prominent Agent in the area valued us at.
We felt Kevin and his team knew the local market really well, were extremely relateable, built great trust with buyers, and absolutely worked their socks off to get our house sale to completion. We feel we've had great value.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value
