Jason Hanley carried out the valuation and immediately I knew I was in good hands with a very realistic valuation, which is all you want for a positive outcome. The photographer was appointed within a day of the valuation and within 2 weeks I had a flood of viewings, all carefully chosen for their proceedable situation. The whole Team was a breath of fresh air to deal with, approaching every avenue to resolve every situation and move forward very quickly with my Buyer. They were extremely efficient and 'ahead of the game' to enable a smooth transition to completion.
