GoogleAfter doing intensive research and reading many reviews we decided to use James Du Pavey in Stone for the sale of our 4 Bedroom Detached home in Trentham. From the very first phone call to the office we were made an appointment with Jess who came out and gave us all the information we needed and booked to return to take the photos and house details in preparation for the listing.This took place and within two days we were getting viewings from people who had been vetted to establish there position to make an offer.We sol straight away and both Elle and Helen did only what I can describe as outstanding customer communication and both exceeded our expectations with regular updates and followed a very precise process right through to our exchange of contacts and as of last Friday our move.Helen,Elle and Jess offer the customer an excellent customer service experience and make it all less stressful. They are a credit to the company and to the branch so much so we will be using them again to sell our second property next year.

GoogleCan't help but to sing praises to Team James Du Pavey, I think sellers lucky to have them so are buyers like myself. It begun with a simple call! This kind gentle professional lady Ellie, she asked questions, listened to my stories, understood my needs. It felt like a proper conversation between friends, I felt being treated like an individual.....A few minutes later, some links she sent me over, a few days later, I have found our next home. Jim, Sally and rest of team are kind, patient, professional and thorough too. Very good communication both verbal and digital, highly recommended estate agents! Thank you all!

GoogleI can’t understate how amazing JDP has been in the sale of my property. My partner and I have had a very rough time in selling due to managing agents with a lot of stress and sleepless nights. JDP and namely Helen have gone above and beyond to get my house over the line (multiple times) and we would not have been able to do any of this without them. I don’t know how any other estate agents are in business when competing with JDP and their level of results, dedication and support. JDP have a customer for life.

GoogleWe had a long purchase and sale on our house, through no fault of JDP. We can honestly say that the whole process was 100% less stressful due to JPDs regular phonecalls, transparency and caring attitude. They work as a team so it doesn't matter if you phone up and the direct person to your issue isnt there, everyone is on hand. Everyone is polite and super helpful. The issues we had could not have been helped but you can not put a price on the support and the stress they helped to alleviate, we are very very happy that we chose JDP as our estate agent and would recommend them to anyone.
