GoogleSadly I do not trust them any more. Due to second view a property just to reassure myself on a few points before making an offer only to be told they had accepted an offer the day before my second viewing. All after I was told view as many times as I like, make as many offers as I like. They did try to contact me and I returned their call as quickly as I could - few hours later ( some of us do have to work). I just think it a bit poor not to be given the chance to make what could have been a better offer and be in a position to complete in less than a month.

GoogleI have recently sold my house through Dimon and have nothing but praise for them. My house was a difficult one to sell but they have been brilliant, I had feedback after every viewing. When there were issues resulting from the survey, they stepped in and put both the buyer and myself at ease by organising a builder to give us a quote for the work. I cannot fault any part of their service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the futurePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookWe sold our home with Dimon's, brilliant service from start to finish plus great recommendation on a conveyancer. Sadly our sellers opted for an online estate agent and solicitor who were truly awful. If you are selling in Gosport you'd be mad to use anyone else!

GoogleI have used Dimon's Estate Agency more than once and recommended them to members of my family. ( My elderly mother purchased a retirement flat via Dimon's and in her own words found them wonderful!). Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff as well as Heidi and Andrew and Mel, all of their staff work as a team and their experience and knowledge of buying and selling properties is vast. They go above and beyond and I can only say if you buy or sell a property in the area they cover no other local estate agency comes close to the service they offer, you would be a fool to go else where. Don't try the rest try the best!!!!!!!!!
