GoogleOur first time of buying a property with Dimons and they have made the experience very easy. All the staff are very helpful and informative with any of our enquiries however small they may have been. Due to covid ours took a little longer than usual but everyone at Dimons worked towards getting things done as quickly as possible. We would definitely recommend them to anyone over other Estate Agents in the area.. First class service,Thank you all so much

FacebookI Just want to thank Dimon for their excellent service. Good communications with me as the seller of this property and, from what I can tell, very supportive of the first time buyers that bought it. No nonsense, no fuss, just proper service. Sale completed within 2 months, including the Christmas period. Highly recommended.

FacebookWe sold our home with Dimon's, brilliant service from start to finish plus great recommendation on a conveyancer. Sadly our sellers opted for an online estate agent and solicitor who were truly awful. If you are selling in Gosport you'd be mad to use anyone else!
Thanks Abi x

GoogleI have used Dimon's Estate Agency more than once and recommended them to members of my family. ( My elderly mother purchased a retirement flat via Dimon's and in her own words found them wonderful!). Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff as well as Heidi and Andrew and Mel, all of their staff work as a team and their experience and knowledge of buying and selling properties is vast. They go above and beyond and I can only say if you buy or sell a property in the area they cover no other local estate agency comes close to the service they offer, you would be a fool to go else where. Don't try the rest try the best!!!!!!!!!

FacebookI would highly recomend dimon to everyone , they are ,very friendly ,very profesional and go above and beyond what you would expect from a estate agent. When we were let down and thought we had lost our dream house. They pointed us in the right direction and helped us every step of the way. We could'nt of done it without them ! Again with the sale of our house dealt with everything ,keeping us informed on everything going on .I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to use them all day long .

FacebookWe had trouble with purplebricks which we went with first off..with 2 different buyers having to pull out (no fault of our own) and complete lack of communication from them, we decided to go with Dimon.. who actually supported us through the heart ache of loosing the first house we wanted to purchase.. they gave us the upmost support even before we took them on as our estate agent.. after deciding to go with them as a second option, we have been more than delighted with their enthusiasm and support throughout.. we have sold our property and found a new home for ourselves (fingers crossed all goes through) but Andrew, Heidy and Lloyd have been a massive help and made sure we were looked after.. even if things fall through with the house.. I know that we are in very good hands.. family business that goes the extra mile for you.. outstanding business all round.. xxx

FacebookLloyd and the rest of the team at Dimon were great when my mum was looking to relocate to Gosport. She was going through a difficult time and they all made sure the process was as stress free as possible. Lloyd really listened to what my mum wanted and made sure she had the right property for her, he was genuine and didn't make us feel pressured into doing anything that we weren't happy with. We all really appreciate everything that they have all done and would recommend their services in the future. Thank you Dimon.

GoogleWe can highly recommend Dimon Estate Agents - we found the whole team courteous, professional and knowledgeable and they helped make the sale of our house much less stressful than it might otherwise have been.

FacebookIf you're selling in Gosport, please don't use any other agent but Dimon! Both Andrew & Heidi have been amazing in going out of their way to help, most times above & beyond the call of duty and always with a positive, friendly, warm & professional attitude. Save yourself a lot of the stress of moving by putting your home up for sale with these guys, I promise you won't regret it!
