We were fully informed from start to finish and because the last time we bought a house was 16 years ago we really needed this kind of attention to detail. Andrew and his team were well aware of our reduced timescale and advertised and marketed our property with the upmost professionalism. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Dimon team to anyone looking to make their house move as stress free as possible.

GoogleJust sold a house with Dimon estate agents. Excellent service from start to finish. There was no hard sell to use them, they were the cheapest of the 3 estate agents. Andrew the owner also recommended the best conveyance solicitor at the best price and also recommended a company to clear the house. They sold the house quickly and kept us updated with how the sale was going. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends. Thanks Andrew, Heidi and the team so glad we asked you to sell our house.

GoogleBest ever estate agent and we have used many! Shame they are only gosport. Heidi and Devan are fabulous, always available, always updating us. They get viewings in fast instead of making people on both sides waiting days or weeks. And Devan loves dogs so will have no problem doing viewing with your pooch! Can't thank the team enough for the work they put in for us!

This was the first estate agents we actually felt like we were helped and listened to and not treated like possible commission, from the first viewing with Shaun and towards the end when Heidi gave the solicitors a gentle nudge in the right direction, every thing was delt with perfectly. GoogleAndrew, Heidi and their team (Georgina, Jess and Devan) are our go to estate agents in Gosport. Their local area knowledge, their knowledge of the local housing markets, past and present and their attention to detail is second to none. They are brilliant at keeping the chain moving forward, keeping lines of communication with all parties open and chasing up things when things are dragging too much. We gave only ever bought and sold through Dimons, wandering off in the early days, just to see if the grass is greener… it really isn’t! They are fairly priced for their services within the market and their customer service is brilliant. Thanks guys, you are fab!!

FacebookWell, where do I start with my review so many positive things to say so, let's start with Heidi, first met this genuine Lady 5 years ago when selling my house unfortunately, with another agent! Heidi was acting on behalf of the seller i was buying from, Heidi helped me see what my agents were supposed to be doing and gave me pointers to gee them up..thank you. I've since sold the house and my obvious choice was to go direct to Dimon's to market for me, which i had an offer within 2weeks. Andrew, also very friendly and helpful, professional team all round, highly recommend and I'd like to publicly say, A BIG THANK YOU for all your help in making our dream home, moving next week, possible. A pleasure doing business with you all.

FacebookHaving been an estate agent many years ago, I can not fault Dimons Estate Agents. They sold our property within a matter of days and kept us up to date with sale the whole way through. They are the most professional, hard working and genuine agents in Gosport! Massive thanks to Heidi in particular who has worked tirelessly on getting the sale exchanged before Christmas - she is a credit to the business. FacebookEstate agent did not turn up for pre booked appointment. No contact was made to say that they would not be coming. I do understand that the appointment was made for a Sunday which is a non standard working day. However this was agreed via telephone in advance and confirmed via email. Very disappointed.
