GoogleShame I wasn't called to tell me I had the viewing date wrong and wasted an hour going alone with no access to the property. However, I had an excellent viewing today, hosted by Ellie ( Ali ? )....a definite asset to your business. Thanks.
Agent replied · 31 May 2023
Hi Ivan, checking our records you asked us to check if your 11.30am viewing was still going ahead at 10.40am. We replied at 10.43am, to say the viewing was at 11.30am the following day. We’re really sorry that you feel put out, and we will take your feedback and try to improve in the future.
