Best service I have ever had from an Estate Agent. Would highly recommend. They have found the exact type of tenants for us we wanted. All done very simply and efficiently. Me and my partner are currently living in one of the student houses ran by this company and all I can say is they are amazing. A few minor issues with the property that got resolved immediately and any questions I had they were there to help. I would especially like to mention Andrew. He has done everything in his power to make our move to uni as easy as possible. He is always there to talk to the landlords for us and is incredibly kind and very fast replying to emails. Honestly if I could rate them higher I would. A lovely team and I wouldn't recommend any other company for students or regular tenants. 10/10.

Used for student accommodation. Wasn't cleaned when we moved in with dirty socks, used Covid tests, an open pack of peanuts and general clutter everywhere, then tried to take £300 off the deposit for cleaning that would never get done. After going through the TDS got almost all of our money back.

Avoid at all costs!!! The worst agency in stoke! Trying to take my whole deposit for things that were already there! Lived in a very poor state of a property. When the boiler broke in the winter they haven't bother to answer phone calls and emails for whole 2 days! All of the tenants in the house were freezing. The door was broken, and the house was full of mold which they now trying to blame it on us! AVOID AVOID AVOID! The staff here are friendly and helpful. We've been renting our student house through Humphreys for three years, going into the fourth, and have not had one void period or late rental payment. All the safety checks have been managed well and in a timely manner. The students also seem happy with Humphreys' service which is important too! Occasionally, Humphreys have been a little slow when responding to emails but this is generally when they are checking all the students in for the new academic year. Otherwise, I have no complaints about Humphreys and would recommend them to any landlord who wishes to rent out a student house.

Thanks to their « policy » you can’t come into the agency to get your keys and ask for information. They literally make you stand outside until they hand you your keys. Once we got the keys and went to our place it was not cleaned and disgusting: vomit stains on the floor in the rooms, rotten fruit and worms under the kitchen counters. I would not recommend going through Nicholas Humphreys for any letting what so ever.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
