Post development, development not complete. All houses sold Gleeson leaves. Roads unfinished, communal gardens not completed, lots of builders waste left on site. Many phone calls to chase Gleason, no response or someone will call you back. Appalling customer service. Would advise people not to buy a Gleason home. Competed a couple of days ago and everything is look really good!! Being a first time buyer can be very daunting and Mary was so friendly and helpful, she made the whole experience great and answered any questions I was unsure of!! The house it lovely!! Our experience with Gleeson homes has so far been easy and smooth sailing. We reserved our home in July 2024 and are now currently waiting for a completion date. The sales women Nikita has been amazing since reserving. She has been very accommodating to our needs and efficient with communication. We look forward to moving into our brand new home!

It’s been over a year since we moved into our lovely home and we never had a problem since. The journey was a bit hectic for me as I was pregnant that time and working at the same time but Jackie was fab and very helpful and made the journey smooth for us. Jackie knows exactly what she’s doing, professional, very pleasant lady. I would definitely recommend Gleeson homes in Middlestone Meadows.

Lovely helpful staff… visited Gleeson in Knowsley last week and the staff couldn’t have done anymore to help. It’s really hard house hunting with little ones in tow but Kath and Karen were really patient with us as a family and so helpful even having colouring for the kids! Plenty to go away and think about for us and some beautiful homes to look around… thank you for all the information!

*Updated one week after receiving a reply**2 years on. An update*Almost 6 months into being moved in.The garden has not been leveled by Gleesons. I have had to contact and deal with the landscaping company by myself(which have been very helpful).Gleesons have not contacted me as you may expect from them replying so very quickly this to poor review. Not to mention I've left voice messages and called head office several times over the last month and a half trying to get someone to contact me. The number I was provided as my customer care number is a dud and does not work either.I messaged the project manager who basically fobbed me off saying I needed to deal with the landscaping company... even though they are supposed to have sorted the leveling out of the soil in the garden. They haven't even cut down a drain pipe and fitted a cover. I just have 8 inches of plastic 6" pipe sticking up down the side of the house. The manhole in the garden isn't fitted properly. Underneath the drains are full up of soil which is a concern in itself to their work.**2 year on update. They post very diligently in response to poor reviews. Yet they lie about contacting you. Noone was ever in touch like their social media person on here said they would be. Also. I'm out of my 2 year warranty now and have just discovered. Due to damage in the kitchen ceiling. Their plumbing under the bath has a leak.Do. Not. Buy. Gleesons!

We have been very happy with the purchase of our new home from reservation through to completion.We are pleased with the quality of fixtures and fittings ( a few snags which are to be expected) and having carpets and blinds fitted throughout made the moving in experience so much easier especially so close to Christmas.Thanks to Caroline (Chimes Bank) and Mila who helped us through the viewing and reservation process, Angela who kept us updated throughout the purchase process and Steven on handover day.Also Andrew, Site Manager, who was extremely helpful during the home demonstration and for quickly expediting a fix regarding no power to washing machine socket which only became evident when new machine was delivered and installed.

Tashana at Meadow Walk has made our experience with Gleeson amazing! Always keeping us in the loop with updates and forming a genuine interest and connection in our journey to buying our first home. Our home was delayed in being ready when we thought it was going to be, but that didn’t stop Tashana and the team from being hands on and informing us of changes. We have received an amazing gesture from them for the delay and couldn’t be happier in our new home. The MyGleeson app is awesome to be able to note down any issues that we may have in our home.

Where do I start, from start to finish everything was seamless! Suzanne our sales manager was brilliant! She was very patience and accommodating from the start. She was always a phone call away and willing to answer any queries we had. We met Steve our site manager later on in the process but what a lovely guy he was, very friendly and helpful.
