We arranged to view a property with the Wolverhampton branch and was shown around by Luke. We then submitted the application for the property and was kept informed throughout the process. Elisha was very polite (as was Luke) at all times, kept us informed and also on the next steps. If you can avoid renting through BJB, then do so. The worst company I have ever known for ‘customer service’! I reported a faulty shower and it took over 10 telephone calls & 12 months to get fixed. Then I had a problem with the gas hob as two burners had stopped working….11 months later and only after I reported a gas leak did they finally arrange for an electrician to come out and replace it. Most recently, my sink has started leaking and flooded my kitchen and the shower rail no longer keeps the shower head in place….reported 5 months ago and again when they advised my rent was going up, but still nothing! If I could give zero stars I would have. BJB - up your game and either sack the ‘property managers’ that don’t manage properties or train them in customer service and best practice!

Newcastle under Lyme BJB were so helpful when we were trying to find a new house to rent. Lydia was especially helpful and patient with us even though it was over Christmas and we were having some issues with the previous house. She made the whole process easier and less scary and always responded to emails very quickly. I highly recommend BJB for being efficient, helpful and understanding.

GoogleThe application process is emotionally draining it feels like wanting to rent through them is a crime they promise give you a property then they decline then as you are looking for alternatives they call you and tell you they have reviewed your application and they want to offer you the property as you are packing they call to tell you that they are nolonger offering you the property I wouldn’t dare try to approach them again because the emotional cost is too much

GoogleWe have recently sold a property in Auction with Butters John Bee Estate Agents (Longton Branch) after failing twice before once with a local property buyer ( We Will Buy Your Property) so it says on the radio five months down the road decide not to, seller beware, and a very local estate agent new kid on the block who was very poor.... So third time lucky and we decided to go with the professionals from day one Margaret gave us hope and confidence that our property would easily sell and so it was. We were provided with regular updates on how our sale was progressing and with Margaret's obvious experience and knowledge and her close contacts with buyers we didn't even need to go to Auction we had numerous offers to choose from before the auction date. We were advised of the best and most likely to complete buyer and eleven working days later we completed. So the moral of the story is....If you want to sell a house with no fuss go and see Margaret And a shout out goes to Tyler-Jay very thankful for your contribution

We rented off a landlord who sold through these and we have tried to get in touch with them after leaving England. Now we are in the process of court procedures due to the landlord ignoring us and disappearing. No help from butters john bee whatsoever. Noone buy no 34 wroxeter way sirchley as you'll be deeply upset with how you'll be left with it

Fantastic letting service received from Rebekka who has worked exceptionally hard to ensure that our rental payments are paid on time by the tenant after I transferred the letting management from another Estate Agents in arrears with a bad paying tenant.
