I am a landlord & have used Butters Fully managed service for approx 10 years now. They have always been fair & find me tenants really quickly. All the staff in Newcastle & Stoke on Trent branches are brilliant. I would highly recommend :)

Quite disappointed overall from my experience with BJB. Had multiple issues with the property i was in, including a faulty front door which was reported December 2019. I moved out last month and this still hadn't been sorted. Its the letting agents job to ensure the landlord keeps the property in a livable and safe condition. This was not done and as a tenant i shouldn't have to be chasing for updates every week.

Their initial valuation was way out (but the same as 2 other agents I invited to quote). Professional service and they obtained a sale.They kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. All their staff that I had contact with were professional and helpful.

Very understanding of my timetable and didn't keep me on the phone too long (which is always annoying when you're told a conversation won't last too long and then end up listening to somebody speak for forty minutes) - very concise and fixed my issues quickly and calmly!
