Hanley staff have gone above and beyond to help us secure a new home to rent after being badly let down by another estate agent. Highly recommend them, lovely team! Update just over eight years later and eight years of being tenants with Belvoir, and I would still highly recommend them. They allowed us to make the house our home and other than the necessary inspections they had to do, we were rarely made to feel like just tenants. Repairs were seen to quickly and the team, especially Josie, were always helpful and friendly. We've been fortunate enough to be able to buy a house again but would have happily continued with Belvoir if that hadn't been an option for us. My only constructive feedback might be to suggest an option on the phone for tenants to be able to call in when an email or fault reporting system is less appropriate, but that's only a minor thing overall. Thank you again for the last eight years!

Fantastic estate agency one of the best i have dealt with. Saw a lovely lady call Cheryl on a viewing and spoke to her a few times on the phone. OMG she really goes out her way to accommodate you. She booked in 2 viewings on short notice and was very professional and knowledgeable. I must admit I have dealt with this company before on a enquire and I spoke to Amy she was very good too. You always remember good service. I really feel this agency is so different. They definitely stand out to me. They really do look after you and make u feel special. Buying a house is so difficult and some time u need some support. I felt like Cheryl took the time out to get to get to know what I wanted and needed in a property, this is very rare. Cheryl you are fantastic at your job and thank u so much for your help I really appreciate u going the extra mile. The first experience was awful the lady was rude and even when I complained it was ignored , I gave them benefit of doubt went again and regretted it, how can you cancel a booking few hours to the viewing after I cleared all my schedule to meet up. A genuinely brilliant business. We bought a house through Belvoir and they went above and beyond at every turn to get us into our new home as quickly as possible. They chased our solicitors for responses and facilitated a move that could have taken significantly longer without their intervention on all parts. A particular mention to Katie and Cheryl who we dealt with directly. Both were always available, including accommodating our viewing needs through work and working around our tight schedule. Highly recommend them, and when we come to sell we would love to sell with this team.

When my daughter moved into her first home and after spending several days helping out, we decided the open plan layout was something I missed in my current home. So, then COVID-19 pandemic struck, and we thought that is it but through speaking to Ramona, who advised us when the best time to sell would be. During June, when the rules changed and face to face viewings were back allowed, we did it and ‘put the house on the market’. After several viewings, we gained a lot of positive feedback, we even had a few minor domestics along the way with potential buyers (wife yes and husband no or vica versa), it became apparent that leasehold properties are not as desirable as they were when we bought it. Ramona was on hand to come up with a strategy which we followed. Ramona went above and beyond with a potential buyer who last minute decided leasehold was not for him. Ramona had a very honest and in-depth discussion about leasehold and said nothing to loose just view the property. The next day we received two offers and we even got a slightly higher price. Ramona and her team are very knowledgeable, professional, experienced and nothing is too much trouble for them. They kept us up to date all the way through the sale and even recommend a great solicitor who specialised in the type of property we decided to buy. If it wasn’t for Ramona going the extra mile by spending nearly an hour on the phone discussing our buyers’ options and Belvoir’s team doing what they do best, we wouldn’t have moved and having now achieved a better enjoyable lifestyle we are now experiencing. We forever had to chase him up, then he sent us confidential details from other clients which demonstrated him not replying to them either. Totally rubbish service from Belvoir. Never reply to emails, or call back. We've being trying to purchase a property for months now and had nothing back from this estate agents. The property has now sold, but is still being advertised on the market! They can't even be bothered to let customers know or to update their systems. Do not use Belvoir to sell your property. They do not care!

After purchasing a property from the auction and getting it ready for sale , I was looking around and researching for local estate agents I called a few out and decided to go with Belvoir & Ramona. I was impressed with the no nonsense straight forward approach, to the point valuation no empty promises and no hidden charges. I signed all the documents on the site visit as I had all my documents with me. It took several months for me to get the property ready and Ramona was very patient with my delays. Ramona was very helpful from listing the property onwards, we had several offers within days of advertising the property. As im am an investor based in manchester there were a few issues that needed sorting and Ramona went out of her way to open up for the gas board to get these issues resolved even though I was selling the property through her agency rather than renting it. She went above and beyond and got the property sold! We had a couple of buyers who were keen to get the property and I ended up getting more than I expected! She did her job and got me the best possible result, not to mention all the fantastic efforts of her staff especially Tilly who was very helpful and only one phone call away whenever needed. I needed the key one morning and she waited for me during her lunch hour to give me the key as I was running behind schedule. Overall I came to this agency based on their reviews, then ramona and her approach and I wasn't disappointed. I decided to use the solicitor recommended by belvoir and it was the best decision I made! Fastest completion i've experienced. To summarise a fantastic expeirence, very professional , a real gem of a branch in this franchise and all my properties will be managed and sold through this agent in the stoke on trent. Top marks! keep up the hard work!

The pictures taken - fantastic, and the virtual tour was great, all of which helped sell my house in four days! Everyone without exception that I know that has used Belvoir has had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL feedback about them from start to finish of their transaction. The care they give to each and every client shows they care about their house move or let more as friends rather than clients and definitely not a number ... a real personal touch. I would like to give this heartfelt thank you and recommendation for Ramona Hirshi of Belvoir, having decided to put my much loved home on the market, I wanted an estate agent who I felt would really understand and appreciate my property and would go above and beyond to sell it quickly and efficiently, I was not disappointed! Ramona visited me in my home to talk about the options, we agreed on a sale price and she ensured she completely understood the selling features and benefits of my home. The sales particulars she produced were superb, and eye catching with the help of amazing photography by John Cruttenden. Ramona communicated with me regularly giving me updates of interest in the property, she arranged a good flow of viewings, and gave up her Saturdays to show potential buyers around my property. The marketing of my home was excellent, it was regularly boosted on social media, and open house viewings were arranged to gain as much interest as possible. My father-in-law had built some properties and was selling one. He had already accepted a £200k offer from people who had seen the property whilst it was being built. Unfortunately, this fell through about 2 weeks before they were due to complete so I asked Ramona if she would come round with the prospect of marketing the house. Unbeknown to me, my father-in-law had already had two other local agents round to view the house but was so impressed by Ramona that he decided to market it with Belvoir. He was happy to get the £200k but I felt we could achieve £215k on the open market. Ramona had sold the house within a matter of days and for the asking price that she felt was achievable of £230k. This was an outstanding figure and far beyond what Ken or I expected. As if this was not enough the real strength of Ramona and the service that she offers is the after-care. Ramona continually kept us updated with the progress of the sale and was always chasing the solicitors from both sides to make sure things were moving forward and did not stall. Without Ramona and her team we would not have achieved such a high sale figure but the sale would certainly not have happened as quickly or with such little stress. I have no hesitation in recommending Ramon and Belvoir, a sentiment that is certainly shared by my father-in-law. Thank you Ramona for making the process so easy, smooth and stress free.

I had received so many leaflets through my letterbox from local companies I was pleased to not see Belvoir was one of them clogging up my front porch. From meeting Romona who valued our house, Dili who took the photos, Cheryl who showed people around our house which we were selling. Cheryl showed us around the property we wanted to buy. Next stage we met Amie who went above and beyond her duties, dedicated to her job , she was professional , and helping us with so much as we are not computer minded, we were always popping in Belvoir and asking Amie for her help, even when she was really busy, Amie took the time and always sorted out our queries and we came out of their office reassured. We will say that the help Amie gave us was more than our conveyancer solicitor did. Belvoir is very well organised , very friendly, treat you with respect . If it was not for Belvoir we are sure the out come would have been completely different, thank you to every one including receptionists who knew who we were as soon as we walked in the door. Unorganised and unprofessional. I was dealing with Adele. Booked the wrong property viewing even after confirming with me over the phones multiple times. Apparently Adele was outside this other property and could get to me in 10 mins. Rang back after 2 to tell me she couldn't do it. You could tell she was still in the office as you could hear a lot of people in the background. Don't think she had any intentions in showing me the property.. Luckily for me I didn't live too far from the property I was supposed to be viewing, but still wasted 30 mins of my time. So yeah, Landlords/Tenents may want to consider this if you want to deal with lazy so called 'Professionals'
