I am actually accredited Stoke Land lord and very disappointed to find out that their stress tests for renting is the same as buying. Was interested in a property. Sent email for viewing. No reply but started getting junk mail from them, again requested viewing, again no reply. They should at least have the manners to reply even if they can't arrange viewing. Very disappointed. Wonder if the owners are aware they are not arranging viewings?

Poor poor service, tried doing multiple applications to different rental properties and they don't reply, sent follow up emails, nothing. It's shocking, seen other reviews stating the same thing, it's ridiculous that they can carry this on its about a 7 working day reply if you do get one and its only to tell you that the properties been removed even if you are one of the first to enquire about the property applied to one that was same day listing and no response and the house had been removed 10 days later. Will never use these guys now and will encourage anyone to not use them. SHOCKING.

I found a property to view through Austerberry and the viewing was arranged promptly. The gent who showed me around was polite, helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions honestly. I couldn't move in straight away due to some work that needed to be done but all the advisors were helpful in keeping me updated with time frames when I rang, which was alot and they didn't show any frustration so I appreciated that as it wasn't a fun time for me when I was looking to move. When I needed to get my keys, I was met by another agent so I could pay, which again was easy and informative. I'd recommend Austerberry to a friend or use them to look for a property again :)

As a tenant for many years with various big chain agents, my landlord decided to sell his house giving me a very short time to find another property. I tried several agents, but due to my limited funds they were all unhelpful at best. My situation changed the moment I walked into the Austerberry office, their attitude could not have been more different to the big chains I had previously tried. After explaining my situation to a member of the lettings team, I was immediately put at ease by the fact they actually cared about me. In fact the young lady I spoke to told me to stop worrying, we WILL find you something. True to her word, what followed was exceptional customer service, not only did she find me something, she arranged a viewing for the same day, and a couple of hours later I had left a securing deposit on a house. I found the whole tenancy process to be easy, professional and above all friendly. In my opinion the difference between a family run business and a big chain could not have been more marked. I have no hesitation in recommending Austerberry to anyone looking to rent a property, and I hope to be with them for many years to come.

AVOID !!! Absolutely waste of time . Spoke with 3 different agents 3 days in a row to view a property added on the market 10 minute before the first call . Every time I been told they will call the owner and I will get a call back after . Of course nobody called me back After 3 days the property was sold .... It's very interesting that other people seen the house but they didn't mange to book me in, even if I was the first person showing interest in the house.

Really easy key collection and always happy to help. Initially when requesting a viewing for the house we have now purchased the viewing appointments were either a week away or the middle of the day which doesn’t always work but the staff were happy to accommodate our situation after speaking to the vendor. Very helpful and informative for the amount of time we needed to speak to them as buyers. Would highly recommend for a stress free service and would probably use them if we ever came to sell again! (Although I’m hoping we don’t sell anytime soon lol)
